New Zealander Graham Cleghorn has had his appeal adjourned.
The 58-year-old is serving a 20-year sentence in a Cambodian jail for sex offences.
Cleghorn was supposed to have an appeal hearing on Monday, but due to a change in legal representation he sought an adjournment which has now been granted.
It will be Cleghorn's fourth attempt to have an appeal heard.
Earlier this year a hearing was held, but he was not informed of it until afterwards.
